Similar to Kelly's ring tutorial, Michelle’s ring components are 4mm blue bicones, 11/0 gold seed beads and some 4mm white pearls. It’s a cross weaved ring, similar to RAW but also looks like a ladder stitch. Learning the weaving technique, I believe you can create many variations using other types of materials.
